1. How do I sign up for a course?
Select a course from the online available courses. Press the button that would allow you to register for the course. Complete all registration information and then proceed to submit payment by debit or credit card. You will recieve an email confirmation as well as instructions to access the course dashboard.
2. What's the format of a Whole Story University course?
Whole Story University online courses use a combination of live course teachings along with pre-recorded video and audio. There are assignments, learning videos, and discussion forums. There will be an opportunity for a community group for accountability.
3. What is the time committment of a course?
The committment is variable depending upon the course but you can expect to spend 5 to 6 hours a week on a course. Time depends upon whether you may be familiar with the topic, and how much time that you may be willing to spend on an assignment. Assignments are due like a real course but we'll get into to that later.
4. What is the value, the risk, and the reward of taking a course at Whole Story U?
The value of any of the courses that you may choose depends upon you, the student. These courses are meant to be used as great tools for personal development.
The risk involved with taking any course of Whole Story University is the time being spent learning and applying that knowledge to get the outcome desired.
The reward is what you will be able to successfully accomplish after having finished any of the courses.
5. Is there a payment plan for any of the courses?
It depends upon the course. Some courses will have special prices and afforable payment options to pay monthly. Please check the course's page to be certain of all payment options, should there be any for that particular course.
6. Is there a cancellation policy?
Due to the nature of some of the courses, once you register for the course, you will have access to learn the content almost immediately. With immediate access to course content, unfortunately there are no refunds. Dependent upon the course, and if there is a start date for a live taught class, then there will be a cancellation fee:

If you do not cancel before 7:00AM on the day of the scheduled first day of the class, you will be responsible for the full amount of the registration fee. If there is no live start date for the course, then unfortunately, you may not cancel. 7. How do I gain access to the course?
You will be able to login using your username and password or you may choose to login through any of your social accounts. When you login, you will be able to access your dashboard with your course and lessons available. If the course has a start date, then the content of the course won't be available on your dashboard until that course's start date.
8. Can I access the course site before it is due to begin?
Absolutely. Once you're registered and signed on, you will be able to access the course on your dashboard. If the course is being taught live and has a course date then the content of that course won't be available until that specific date.
9. How long will I have access to the course?
Course access is available to you for a total of 16 weeks. Even after live sessions are over in the course, you will have access to the replays and all course content. The amount of time given for access will help to accomplish goals, long after class is over.
10. Will I have to be online the same time as all of the other students?
No, you won't have to. Live course sessions are recorded and you will have access to the replays. So if you miss class while everyone else may be on, then you can catch the live recorded sessions later.
11. Will there be actual homework?
Oh, yes! This is all about participation and accomplishing the goals you set out to accomplish. That means doing the work that's assigned. The assignments are to help cultivate either discipline or application or both.
